Warranty policy Tradekar

All Tradekar products are of course produced with the greatest care and tested many times before they are put on the market. And, of course, we guarantee any proven defects resulting from a material or production error. Warranty only applies to products that are used and assembled correctly and where the steps in the manual have been carefully followed. Should this not be the case, Tradekar will not be held responsible for the damage. 

In case of a defect, the product will be carefully examined and assessed by us. Should it appear that you are entitled to warranty, we will of course repair or replace the product free of charge. Any further liability for warranty, consequential damage and damages is excluded.   

How do I report a claim? 

1. Contact Tradekar's service department at service@tradekar.com

2. Always enclose the proof of purchase and photos of the defect

3. Our customer service department will assess the request

4. If it is under guarantee, we will send you a replacement part

5. If it is not under guarantee, we will inform you of the costs 

6. If we deem it necessary to see the article, we will send you an RMA form

7. Send this back fully completed

8. The item will be assessed by our experts in the workshop and repaired where necessary

9. We will never repair a non-warranty item without your knowledge and agreement

10. Transport costs that have to be made within the warranty will be paid by Tradekar

11. If a defect is not covered by the warranty, but you would like to have it repaired, the transport costs are for your own account. 

The right to warranty lapses: 

  • User wear and tear; think of discolouration of material, defective zippers, scratches etc.
  • Damage caused by dropping an item
  • Damage caused by not following our guidelines, instructions and safety regulations in the manual.
